What if I want something more personal and catered to me?
If you want a plan just for you and your specific goals then DM me on Instagram @he_training with this format: YOUR NAME. GOAL (try to be as specific as possible. eg. I want to lose 10kg of bodyweight in the next 12 weeks). IF YOU HAVE ACCESS TO WEIGHTS, IF SO SPECIFY WHICH WEIGHTS. if you're at a gym then just write GYM. Requesting for a personalised plan costs extra depending on how long you want the program to be.
