I’m building this program because I’m tired of seeing weak, recycled programs. Most programs are soft—boring, unstructured, and made to entertain, not to make you better. That’s not what this is. These are the same workouts I do myself, for better or for worse its what I do. I’m not big on social media, I don’t have a massive following, I’m just a guy who trains hard with one goal: to reach my Full Measure. No gimmicks. No fluff. Just real training, real work, and real grit. I just decided to make it available for others. These workouts are hard and not for the faint of heart, they require a strong will. So if you're looking to try something new and challenging and isn't shoved in your face by some influencer give it a try, or don't, up to you. Whatever you do give it your Full Measure.
