About the program

Phase 1: Foundation & Fundamentals (Weeks 1–8) Build the base. Forge the discipline. This phase focuses on strengthening your movement patterns, conditioning your engine, and developing total-body durability. You’ll train across 7 days with a balance of lower/upper splits, core, cardio intervals, and HYROX-style mini simulations. Each week progresses to prevent plateaus, ensuring you're building real strength and metabolic endurance from the ground up. Goals: ✅ Improve muscular endurance ✅ Build aerobic base + running capacity ✅ Establish strength in key movement patterns ✅ Prevent injury with mobility and recovery work
