About the program
This program is for every runner no matter your experience level or, the distance you are training for. Many people in my run community know they should be doing basic strength training but have no idea where to start or what to do. So l created this program to complete 2-3 x per week. To begin with this is all you need to ensure you are covering the basics whilst still being able to show up to your run sessions with some spring in the legs.
