Hi! I'm Amber Bobo! I'm glad you're here! I hope that the choice you've made to download this app will help you build and sustain a healthy lifestyle! My fitness journey began in college. I found that fitness helped manage my mental health. I lost fitness and control of my mental health for a little while after graduate school and reignited my journey in 2020! I am a wife and mom of 2. I had my daughter in June of 2022 and my son in September of 2024. I was in the shape of my life 2 years after having my daughter when I got pregnant with my son. I am back on the journey of weight loss to get back in the shape of my life after having him! I hope you join me on this journey and get in the shape of your life with me!

Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
