Who are these workouts for? These workouts are for anyone that wants to get a sweat going and the body moving while traveling.
What kind of workouts are involved? You will see many different options to choose from. We offer strength, cardio, or HIIT training. Each workout is different but will help you sweat and burn fat.
When should I be training? It is all preference to the person working out. We would recommend getting a workout in before you start your day.
Will there be someone there to help me? No, but you are able to book a 1-on-1 personal training session at the front desk.
How long are these workouts? Each workout has been developed to have you in and out of the gym in 30 min or less!
