What equipment is in the Field House? The field house is equipped with cable machines, dumbbells, treadmills, bikes, a rower, yoga balls, medicine balls, squat rack, benches, ellipticals, and TRX grips.
How much weight should I use? Always warm up and start with a lightweight where you can perform the exercise with proper form. Work your way up periodically throughout the workout to a weight that is challenging. Once your form is out of line that’s when you know the weight is too heavy for you.
What if I don’t know how to use a machine? There are special instructions written on the machine as well as instructions within the app that have been provided by your online trainer.
Will the trainer be there to help me? No, however, you do have the option to book a 1-on-1 session with a personal trainer.
